By placing an order with LuxIris, you agree to these terms.

Products

  • LuxIris sells contact lenses and related optical products
  • Product images are for representation; actual packaging may vary
  • Availability is subject to stock

Orders via WhatsApp / Phone / Social Media

  • Orders placed through WhatsApp or other platforms are considered confirmed only after payment confirmation
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription details
  • LuxIris is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer

Payments

Accepted payment methods may include UPI, bank transfer, or payment gateways

Orders are processed only after full payment unless otherwise agreed

LuxIris is not responsible for payment delays caused by third-party gateways or banks

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on location and courier service
  • LuxIris is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of contact lenses:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Opened or used lenses are non-returnable
  • Replacement or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Proof (photos/videos) may be required

LuxIris reserves the right to approve or reject requests after verification.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched

Custom or prescription-specific orders may not be cancellable once processing begins

Limitation of Liability

LuxIris shall not be liable for:

  • Incorrect lens usage
  • Allergic reactions or discomfort
  • Medical issues arising from improper handling or non-compliance with professional advice

Customers are advised to consult a qualified eye care professional before use.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and branding used by LuxIris are its intellectual property and may not be copied or used without permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
